Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Clario website (www.clario.education) and the purchase of Clario products and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Clario is operated by PSD Group, Suite 5, Hillfields House, Castleman Way, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 3BA.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility. You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material that consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, virus, or other malicious software.

Products and Services

Clario provides signal-blocking phone pouches and associated unlock stations for use in UK schools. Product descriptions, images and specifications on this website are provided for general information purposes. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or current.

Ordering and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Pricing is available on request and will be confirmed in writing before any order is processed. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed as part of the ordering process. Schools and educational institutions may be offered payment on invoice with net 30-day terms, subject to credit approval.

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Delivery timescales will be confirmed at the time of order. We will make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe but shall not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty

All Clario pouches come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products or services in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Clario or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
